Ingredients

  • 2 Large Chicken breasts
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil
  • 4 cloves Garlic
  • 1 Large Lemon
  • 1/2 cup Chicken broth
  • 1 tsp Paprika
  • Salt & pepper (to your taste)
  • 1 tbsp Fresh parsley

Instructions

  • Pat the chicken breasts dry with paper towels. Season both sides with salt, black pepper, and paprika.

  • Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.

  • Add the chicken breasts to the skillet and cook for 4–5 minutes on each side until lightly golden.

  • Add the minced garlic to the skillet and cook for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
