Slice the chicken into thin strips and pat dry.
1 lb boneless skinless chicken breast, sliced
In a small bowl whisk together soy sauce, honey, cornstarch, sesame oil, and water.
3 tbsp soy sauce, 1 tbsp honey, 1 tbsp cornstarch, 1 tsp sesame oil, 1/4 cup water
Heat oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.

Cook chicken for 4–5 minutes until browned and cooked through. Remove and set aside.

Add broccoli, peppers, carrots, and snap peas to the pan. Stir fry for 3–4 minutes.

Add garlic and ginger and cook for 30 seconds.
3 cloves garlic, minced, 1 tsp fresh ginger, grated
Return chicken to the pan and pour in the sauce.
