Ingredients

  • 1 lb Flank steak or sirloin
  • 2 medium Bell peppers

  • 3 cloves Garlic
  • 3 tbsp Soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp Oyster sauce (optional)
  • 1 tbsp Cornstarch
  • 1/2 cup Beef broth or water
  • 1 tbsp Brown sugar
  • 2 tbsp Cooking oil

Instructions

  • Slice beef thinly

  • Return beef and add sauce

  • Stir until thickened
