- 1 lb Flank steak or sirloin
- 2 medium Bell peppers
- 1 small Onion
- 3 cloves Garlic
- 3 tbsp Soy sauce
- 1 tbsp Oyster sauce (optional)
- 1 tbsp Cornstarch
- 1/2 cup Beef broth or water
- 1 tbsp Brown sugar
- 2 tbsp Cooking oil
Slice beef thinly

Return beef and add sauce
