Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp Butter
  • 4 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • 3/4 cup parmesan cheese freshly grated
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1 Add to taste Salt to taste
  • 1 Add to taste Pepper to taste
  • 1 cup fresh spinach
  • 1/2 cup sun-dried tomatoes chopped

Instructions

  • Melt butter in a skillet over medium heat.
    Add garlic and sauté for 30–60 seconds until fragrant.

  • Pour in chicken broth and heavy cream.
    Stir and bring to a gentle simmer.

  • Stir in parmesan cheese and Italian seasoning.
    Let the sauce simmer until it thickens slightly.

  • Add spinach and sun-dried tomatoes.
    Cook until spinach wilts and sauce is creamy and cohesive.
